Welcome to the home page for the Mount Hood Chapter of the
Pacific Crest Trail Association. Our volunteers maintain the 217 miles of PCT between Midway Meadows
south of Washington's Goat Rocks Wilderness and Breitenbush Lake north of Oregon's Mount Jefferson Wilderness.
Trail work is fun and can be as easy or hard as you wish to make it. Our volunteers range in age from teens to eighties.
No experience is necessary; crew leaders will instruct you on the job. Volunteers who participate in two or more work
parties earn a free Northwest Forest Pass
for the following year.
Join our email distribution list to be informed of upcoming volunteer
trail maintenance projects.
Please contact the if you have any other questions.
